Cupcakes, BOOM! is Nikki Savella. She started out of a tiny little home kitchen in Hilo in an attempt to be a “stay at home Mom”. Word quickly spread of the ingenious flavor combinations and unique cake designs she was creating. Little did she know, 4 years later… she’d been running a successful bakery in her hometown of Hilo.

Established in 2013.
Nikki is a born & raised Hilo girl. Married with 3 beautiful daughters, Jerni (12), Melanie (7) and Rylee (4). She started Cupcakes, BOOM! out of a tiny little home kitchen in Hilo in an attempt to be a “stay at home Mom”. Word quickly spread of the ingenious flavor combinations and unique cake designs she was creating. Little did she know, 4 years later… she’d been running a successful bakery in her hometown of Hilo. Nikki juggles the life of Mom & Entrepreneur as best as she can – constantly redesigning the shop’s interior, revamping the unique desserts she offers in the shop daily as well as attending as many soccer games and school events as possible!! She prides herself and her business on offering quality desserts with exceptional customer service to everyone that walks through CBOOM!’s doors.
