We are a full service animal hospital and will take both emergency cases as well as less urgent medical, surgical, and dental issues. We are experienced in all types of conditions and treatments. Our team of fully licensed veterinarians have been providing quality care to dogs, cats, rodents, rabbits and ferrets since 1975. Crestwood Veterinary Centre was opened in 1974 as a two veterinarian owned, small animal practice focusing on providing superior medical care and compassion to its pet owners and their beloved animals. Since then, Crestwood Veterinary Centre has grown into a fast-paced, bustling clinic with a team consisting of 6 fully licensed Veterinarians, several Registered Animal Health Technologists and numerous other support staff.

Dr Scott is a talented veterinary surgeon who graduated from WCVM in 1999 and started his career in a mixed animal practice in Wainwright. He joined the staff of Crestwood in 2001 and became a partner in 2004. Todd has a special interest in orthopedic surgery.
Dr. Machum always knew that she wanted to be a small animal vet but, put her ambition on hold to study commerce and pursue a career in business during her twenties. In 1982, she decided it was time to return to university, first to study sciences and then veterinary medicine. She started working at Crestwood in 1982 as a volunteer, joined the staff as a veterinarian after graduation from OVC in 1991, and became a partner in 1992.
Dr. Heffelfinger has been a veterinarian at Crestwood since his graduation from WCVM in 2005. In 2012, he became partner. His various areas of expertise include ultrasonography, endoscopy, reproduction and all aspects of small animal surgery and medicine.
