Cox Corner Market is a farm to table or Sea to table market, featuring local (Clarksville, Tennessee) grass -fed & finished beef products, pastured pork, Lamb and Halal Chickens. Sustainably caught Alaskan Seafood, including: 5 types of Salmon; King, Yukon River Keta, Copper River Sockeye, Coho Salmon, and Ground Coho. Halibut Filet, & Cheeks, Cod Loin, Scallops, Smoked Salmon Filets and Strips. Lobster Tails, Colossal Shrimp, and 3 types of Crab Legs. Coming Soon Gulf Coast Seafood. We also have local seasonal produce, local fresh mushrooms, local microgreens, Hydroponic lettuce, Delta Grind Grits, from Mississippi, Honey and Sorghum from Collierville. And relishes from local Artisans. We smoke our own meats and vegetables, with a smoke house on premise, we smoke; whole chickens, breasts, beef brisket, ribs, and chops and seafood. Hungry? We have a take and go Deli, utilizing the ingredients sold in the store, all our sauces, soups, and dressing are made in house, from scratch. We have a menu that changes seasonally, sandwiches featuring Boars Head Meats and cheeses. Special Day’s like; Taco Tuesday, Hump Wednesday; buy 1 sandwich, wrap or panini and get a 2nd one for half off, Slider Friday. Deli opens at 8 am and closes at 5 pm Mon – Fri. Running late?
