We use a Private Commercial Kitchen. We take advanced orders by 3-4 hours or 2-3 days advance depending upon your delivery date and time We are Coppa’s Maui Bakery Coppa’s Maui Bakery is an Authentic Portuguese, Italian and Filipino Bakery that is operated by I Eric and my Wife Rewelyn Coppa. Baked Goods are one of our passions we love. We work with our local Farmers, and produce here on Maui to get the main ingredients for our daily Baking for our Community!
