Carsmith Motors was founded by two friends (Dave Marcus and Kevin Smith) who shared a passion for cars and saw an opportunity to share that passion. Neither Kevin nor Dave had ever been in the auto industry and therefore were not tainted by the ways of the traditional dealership model. Dave had worked for the computer company SGI and Kevin had been in advertising. The goal of Carsmith is to provide its clients with a level of customer service never before seen in the automotive industry and become your trusted advisor for all your automotive needs. Each car they buy is thouroughly inspected and hand selected for the finest quality. They offer a new car buying program as well, with the same great customer service and quality, and a corporate brokering program that includes Fortune 500 companies such as Nvidia, Oracle, & Apple.

I grew up in Mountain View and currently live in the Willow Glen area of San Jose. Worked in Corporate Marketing and Business Development at Silicon Graphics/SGI for a little over 10 years before co-founding Carsmith with my business partner Kevin Smith.
I was extremely lucky to have met my future wife while at SGI. We are blessed with 3 beautiful children who are my whole world. Family is everything to me and spend as much time as I can with them.
I am into sports, having played both football and basketball competitively. I am a huge Atlanta Falcons football fan. Also Warriors and Sharks and make sure to catch as many games as I can during the season.
I am big into cars and count my blessings that I was able to become involved in this industry. I am proud of what Carsmith Motors has become and excited about where we are going…..Stay tuned the best is yet to come!
