Butcher Block Meats is a local butcher that will get you the best custom cuts of meat anywhere in the East Valley. Beef, pork and chicken – we’ll cut these any way you like them! We carry USDA Prime and CAB Choice grade meats with a minimum of 30 days aging, and we order from the Greater Omaha Packing Plant. Our chicken and pork is all natural with no sodium nitrates or added solutions. While you’re here, be sure to pick up some fresh sausage and Dietz & Watson lunchmeats and cheeses. We also carry plenty of spices and marinades to make your meal really stand out. Need your knives sharpened? Drop them off and we’ll take care of the rest! When you get your meat from Butcher Block, you can be sure you’re filling your refrigerator with prime cuts that are better than anything at the grocery store. Tim Marzonie, the butcher, and his daughter, Jessica are the owners/operators of this family-owned business. All beef is prime grade from The Greater Omaha Packing Company out of Nebraska. The chicken and pork is all natural; not injected. Sausage is fresh-made from a local Phoenix company. Tim started in the meat business back in Michigan where he grew up. After coming to AZ in 1989, Tim worked for a local grocery chain and became a meat manager, running several, successful meat departments. After 24 years with that company, he decided to start his own butcher shop. Jessica is learning the business from her father and is also attending culinary school.

Tim Marzonie has been in the butchering business for 30 years. Working for someone else all along, Tim wanted independence as well as something he could pass down down. He decided to open up Butcher Block Meats in 2014 with his daughter. Tim hopes that you check out the shop soon and return often after finding the quality service offered only at Butcher Block.
