Established in 1994.
Onyx began in the mid 90’s as 3 guys working out of an apartment servicing the Mac clients of the Apple based private shops long before the Apple Stores existed. We then became Apple Authorized and moved into our 1st service location. When the Apple Stores arrived, many of our competitors were unable to adjust to the change, but due to our business model being built on service over sales – we were able to achieve a very productive symbiotic relationship with the Apple Stores who refer scores of clients to us every week. Over the last ten years we purchased and remodeled three neglected buildings in the metro Atlanta area and transformed them into bustling service centers which also serve as bases for our field consulting team. Onyx has also built it’s own charitable foundation “The Onyx Consulting Foundation” that contributes regularly to several organizations serving women and children in crisis.
