All begun with the big love of mrs. Lucia Fonseca de Esparza with bakery. She used to bake her husband’s favorite dessert which was be eaten in less of a “sigh” (Suspiro in spanish). Each member of the company, has become in a quality ingredient , that together has given as the result “The best cake of Mexico”.
