The story of Christophe Artisan Chocolatier-Pâtissier is, above all else, a story of love. A story that, at its core, is about one man’s love for sharing his creations with others and his dedication to his French origins.

The story of Christophe Artisan Chocolatier-Patissier is one of French culinary tradition and love. Christophe Paume is a third-generation chocolatier from Toulouse, France. Christophe first learned to make chocolate and pastries along-side his father and grandfather in the family patissier shop. Christophe continued his education in Paris and then in Montreal, where he gained the title of Master in Pastry. While he moved to the United States to share his passion for artisan chocolates, it was love that kept him there. He met Indiana-native, Carly, and they were married in 2009. The newlyweds opened their first shop later that year in Charleston, South Carolina. Today our boutique serves the community with not only chocolate, but also with freshly baked croissant, baguette, French macaron, and exquisite desserts.
