Manresa Bread was born out of the kitchen of Chef David Kinch’s Michelin 3-star Manresa restaurant. We created Manresa Bread with the vision of becoming the south bay’s village bakery. We feature a seasonal selection of hand-made breads and pastries as well as a full espresso and tea service. Nearly all of the flour we use is milled in house.Avery R.

Avery Ruzicka began her fascination with bread during culinary school at the French Culinary Institute in New York. She focused her studies on international bread baking and followed her degree working under the master baker for Thomas Keller’s Per Se. After working in the kitchen of Chef David Kinch’s three Michelin-star Manresa restaurant, Avery was inspired to open Manresa Bread in 2014. She enjoys creating high quality artisanal breads for her customers at Manresa Bread, where fresh, local ingredients and quality of product are the driving forces of the business.No Records Found
