Red Wing Shoe Store Beck’s Monterey

Beck’s Shoes and Repair is now in its fourth generation of Beck Family ownership. Ole Beck came to Salinas after the Great War WWI, and founded a small shoe repair shop in the 100 block of Main Street. Beck’s has prospered over the years even with the depression, WWII, Vietnam, agriculture strikes, lousy times, but also some very good times.

Over the years Beck’s has developed into a store catering to the working man and woman. Beck’s also has a full service shoe repair shop which keeps us well connected to our roots and Salinas.

Becks have always focused on personal customer service, a wide selection of merchandise, and a knowledgeable staff.
