Dale Gingerich and his son, Brian Gingerich, are expanding their thirty year presence on the Monterey Peninsula as Monterey Mattress into a national presence which will honor and pay homage to Dale Gingerich and his deep Amish/Mennonite Iowa roots as a master craftsman and custom home and cabinet builder, where Gingerich Built is synonymous with the highest of standards. This continues to be the hallmark of this unique family-owned and run company, Gingerich Built which will maintain Monterey Mattress as a trademark brand, and Gingerich Built will signify Dale’s stamp of approval on our product lines.

Founded in 1986 by Brian and Dale Gingerich, Monterey Mattress Company is a private family owned and operated business. We are located at 26384 Carmel Rancho Ln. Ste 103 Carmel-by-the-Sea, CA 93923. We design and manufacture high-quality mattresses and related sleep products. Our core customers include celebrity and prestige clientele in our area and around the nation, and commercial clients in the distinctive hospitality industry of our region with over 100 close, ongoing relationships. We have strong relationships with top level executives at major companies and organizations that we are targeting, such as Williams Sonoma, which lead to us being featured in the Grand Opening of Williams Sonoma Home on Columbus Circle in Manhattan.
