Salonika is an importer and wholesale distributor of fine Mediterranean food products. We specialize in Greek, Bulgarian, Spanish, Turkish and Middle Eastern foods. Our most popular items include gyros, pitas, olives, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, roasted red peppers, oregano, roasted eggplant, dolmades (stuffed grape leaves), feta cheese, Greek honey, sea salt, Greek strained yogurt, dried figs, tahini, hummus, teas and saffron. Salonika Imports is pleased to present our latest product line, the Casa Pons Collection from Spain. The products include a wide selection of the finest extra virgin Olive Oils, infused olive oils, olives, piquillo red peppers, capers and caperberries. Casa Pons is a family owned company consisting of 750 acres of Arbequina olives in the Province of Lleida, north of Barcelona in Spain. The Pons family has been growing and harvesting olive trees since 1945. Excellent quality at great prices!

Born and bred Pittsburgher, but both parents born in Greece. Grew up in a family-owned restuarant in Bellevue. Graduated from Carnegie Mellon University. Lived for 8 years in Connecticut and moved back in 2003. I decided that I wanted to go back to my roots and get involved in the food business. I bought Salonika Imports back in 2006 and it was a great move for me professionally and personally. Salonika Imports allows me to own a local business, work in the food business and to stay connected to my Greek heritage. Our focus is both importing, wholesale and a growing retail business.
