Located in beautiful downtown Ashland Oregon, Heart and Hands Women’s Clothing and Jewelry boutique has served Women of Southern Oregon for over 27 years! We recently remodeled the store, it is bright beautiful and packed full of amazing designs in the most wonderful colors, patterns and fabrics.
