We have had a wholesale/commercial business since 2003, and In 2011, we opened our first retail spot. We love it! We are now available by appointment only inside Spokane Cheesecake. Marcel has taught in the professional baking program at Spokanes Inland Northwest Culinary Academy for 22 years. She has an AAS in baking and has won several awards for her cakes in competitions throughout the United States. This is a wonderful family business involving her daughter, niece, granddaughter, and of course, her supporting husband.
