There have been many changes over the years, however, our philosophy remains the same; “Offer the customer the very best product, competitive prices and superior service. Most importantly, stand behind everything you sell!” In 1946, “Cec” Ennis and his brother-in-law Bill Petersen began selling furniture in Boise at the corner of 23rd and Fairview. The Ennis Drexel Heritage showroom still occupies the partner’s original building, a converted 1910 livery stable, where Dick Ennis (son and nephew of the original founders) continues the family business. In 1962 the store was remodeled. Now, in Boise, there are three different showrooms near downtown Boise – the original (Drexel//Henredon/Thomasville Showroom) at 23rd & Fairview, the Bernhardt/Stickley Showroom across the street and the Patio Shop/Ennis Express on the north side of Fairview. Today, Ennis stores can also be found in Reno, Nevada, and in Richland and Spokane, Washington. Three generations later, all six Ennis children carNo Records Found
