Established in 1992.
Celebrating more than 20 years in business, Wonders of the World is a cultural feature for visitors to Spokane.Pamela B.
Business Owner
Wonders would not exist if not for a dynamic woman.Pamela began her journey toward Wonders in a shop owned by her mother in Phoenix, Arizona. After spending many of her vacations helping her mother in that shop, Pamela eventually moved from a high position in the corporate world of business management into the exciting world of minerals, fossils and jewelry.
In 1992, Wonders opened its doors. At that time the shop had 699 square feet of space. It has expanded four times since then and now has two shops with 2600 square feet. Pamela takes pride in the fact that people from all over the country love the shops and come back whenever they can.
She says three things make her shops successful:
Exciting, unique products
Exceptional customer service
Happy, knowledgeable staff“I consider myself the luckiest person in the world to be the owner of Wonders of the World.”
