Office opened on Marbach with current owner in 2003 and then moved to the current Potranco location in 2007.

In 2001, Dr. Nelson graduated from the University of Texas Health Science Center with honors where he continued to research cancers of the mouth. He has been practicing general dentistry for the past twelve years and has been with Westlakes Family Dental since 2003.
Dr. Nelson’s active involvements and memberships include the San Antonio District Dental Society, the Texas Dental Association, the American Dental Association, the Texas Academy of General Dentistry and the Christian Medical and Dental Association as a council chair.
