We are inspired by recipes of the ancient Mayan, Aztec, old European, and colonial America to create unique, delicious recipes to tempt every palette. We believe in reintroducing our guests to Chocolate in an unforgettable way with our drinking elixirs, truffles, caramels, baked goods and ice creams!
