Established in 2012.
I have a bachelors in science and worked as a microbiologist. It was after my mother passed away in 1999 from cancer, that I decided to attend the culinary academy in San Francisco and enrolled in the Baking and Pastries program, just to get away from the sadness. Turns out, I truly loved doing this. I worked in Tuscon at the Omni Golf and Spa resort as assistant pastry chef, and several restaurants in El Paso as Pastry Chef. I believe in continual education in one’s profession. So I decided to enroll at the French Pastry School in Chicago and take one of the school’s advanced programs. I came back to El Paso and looked into starting my little business. After a difficult journey of trying to open my business, I am happy to say that I have survived one year! I am truly blessed and thankful to my family, supporters and great El Paso customers for supporting a small and local business.Julieta A.
