Established in 2005.
dogIDs was started in 2005 by Clint & Lori Howitz. As caring dog owners, the Howitz family was unable to find dog collars and ID tags that they felt good about putting on their four-legged best friends. They decided to start engraving dog tags and riveting them onto the best collars they could find. Soon that included manufacturing their own waterproof collars that are perfect for active dogs that love the lake or ocean. Over the years, dogIDs has grown to offer a wide variety of sturdy and helpful dog products. We now manufacture ]collars, leashes, harnesses and more at our workshop in downtown Fargo, North Dakota. We are also proud to work with a number of artisans and USA-based companies to offer additional dog products like dog beds, bowls, travel accessories, apparel, treats, toys and supplements. Every product we carry is backed by a lifetime guarantee and has been tested by our office dogs.
