Laura found her Jewelry Making calling as a child, reworking her necklaces as a with her father’s tool set in Mississippi. An avid collector of Antique jewelry and armed with a degree in Fashion Merchandising, Laura James Jewelry was created in 2005. Several Summers were spent at Penland School of Craft and Arrowmont where James learned Metalsmithing techniques to incorporate into her designs.
