Truffle Queen

We make the “gourmet” aspect of our products more approachable, with easy-to-use ideas (like Mac ‘n’ cheese, popcorn and grilled cheese sandwiches) for cooks at every skill level. We LOVE that people walk in with their Hom Bow or Beecher’s Mac’n’Cheese, ‘cuz then we can “truffle it up” and make them taste even better! With 3 sample tables, customers can taste nearly all of our products, and see what a difference quality ingredients truly makes. Our daily wine tastings, which feature local and Italian wines, are also tailored to each individual, with wines to satisfy every preference, from dry to sweet, and white to red. Again, all with an eye towards making wine more approachable, and therefore more enjoyable. For those who are traveling, we can even ship purchases made from other Vendors, too!

We began in 2003 as “La Buona Tavola Truffle Cafe”, serving scratch-made sandwiches and foods that featured our small collection of Truffle products, as well as a small selection of wines. Eventually, we realized a need for sleep and rest, so we eliminated the cafe element of our business, and focused on expanding our gourmet pantry items. Recently re-branded as “Truffle Queen,” we still make our famous potato leek soup, which we use to demonstrate our truffle oil, but our 3 sample tables truly “wow” visitors with the goodies that we’ve carefully sourced, and our wine tastings are a fan favorite!
