Gideon’s Bakehouse is a dessert project built from an old forgotten dream. We’ve combined our love for baking with the recipes in a 1898 diary of a young boy named Gideon who dreamed of opening a bakery. Our cake slices are built off of classic recipes and our cookies set the standard for what a cookie should be. 6 ounces. Hand crafted. Melt in your mouth. Flavor packed. Steve Lewis has been working for most of his life to create the perfect chocolate chip cookie. A noble cause, to be sure. After opening the award winning art gallery and pop culture lounge Überbot he returned to his cookie obsessing roots and began spending more time perfecting his craft until Gideon’s Bakehouse was born. Steve believes that if you’re going to use valuable calories on dessert it better be the worth it. Everything at Gideon’s aims to be the best of it’s kind. Calories well spent.
